In 2020 in light of the cancellation of the World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) the IFLA Knowledge Management Section held its annual business meeting in a virtual format on Zoom. Members gathered from all over the world to discuss the ongoing work of the Section and to share updates from their professional and personal lives.
